This position is for first shift. Our hours are 6 am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for blasting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces
- Operate blasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other contaminants from surfaces
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during blasting operations
- Inspect blasted surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results
- Maintain and clean blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
